1. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and other standard payment methods.
Cash payments must be paid in full at the time of delivery or pickup.
Online payments may be made at the time of ordering for faster processing.
2. Minimum Order for Delivery
A minimum spend of $30 is required for delivery orders.
We currently deliver within Narellan and selected nearby suburbs.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 30–45 minutes, depending on location, order volume, and
traffic.
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur.
4. Freshness & Quality
All of our products are made fresh daily using quality ingredients.
If you have allergies or dietary needs, please inform us when placing your order. While
we take care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
5. Refund Policy
If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.
Our team will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at management's
discretion.
